Ear Plugs (do you or don't you?)

Ear Plugs

I've worn them for a long time. I've forgot to put them in and like others I just stop and put them in. When I forget in a group I stop anyway, just say sorry. I learned the hard way that not protecting my hearing WILL require a payback. What's left I need to protect. Can't handle no plugs now, ears start to hurt within 10 - 15 minutes, ear ache for hours afterwards. It takes getting used to. Don't give up right away, it does seem weird for a while, but you learn to adjust.

Ear Plugs

I wear ear plugs all the time. I've got a custom set made, but aren't compatable with the airflow going over the bike, cause some bad buffeting so I'm using the foamies...

I just finished a SS1000 and my ears were a little tired even with ear plugs in, I can't image not having them.

Sometimes

Well...

If I'm going out for a couple hours I'll put them in. If I'm ust going down to the office or putzing around town, I leave them out.

'Course, Mrs JC tells me I can't ear anyway so what am I protecting!? :dunno
