And, I've convinced Fred Rau (Senior Editor, Motorcycle Consumer News) to fly up, borrow my GS, and join me for the rally. If you want to meet Fred in person, he'll be at "coffee with Dave" Fri and Sat mornings.

Yup. However me being the subtle and politically correct person I am when people ask me about my big vacation plans my response is:
"I am heading west, will be picking up some chicks on the way, and having some fun."

Did I mention I work in a fairly conservative place?

When telling people about an upcoming National trip, I get wide-eyed looks when I say I'm going camping with 6 or 7 thousand of my friends. Two more work days until it's time to leave! Paonia first, then Spokane! See ya there!
