Clutch Lever/Handlebar Controls Height Adjust?

I'm getting a headache trying to figure out how to loosen the clutch lever/handle bar control housing so I can spin it slightly more towards me and having a more comfortable height/angle for the lever.

I've looked at the shop manual and an exploded parts fiche and can't figure out which fastener I need to loosen.....I'm assuming this can be done.

Thanks....kick me in the right direction please.

SOLVED: Finally found the "Mystery" screw hidden by the mirror shaft. How stupid of me not to think of removing a mirror....doh!
