Came across this on CNET. It appears you can control some iPhone features (and more) via bluetooth with a small remote control. If anyone has utilized this product, please post a review.

Not familiar with that remote but it should work. The Sena and Scala G4 headsets work the iPhone via Bluetooth. I can answer my phone, call via voice control, play music via voice, pause, skip and replay all via Bluetooth from the headset.
