I dunno about you guys

Props to Scott Conary on the idea and direction and the forum team for backing him and adding their ideas.

High praise indeed.

Scott has done an excellent job of making some fuzzy ideas become real.

Lots of input from the mods has helped guide the process.

I dunno.

I always thought clubhouse, chartered clubs / events and rally were the heart and soul of the forum and by extension the club.

The new layout seems to put the most emphasis on the "best of the forum" and various tech sections.

Social stuff is now scroll down to find.

The heart of the forum, IMHO, was and is chat about motorcycles. That's now in the new Motorrad forum - as opposed to the joint and confusing catch all buckets of the old clubhouse and old campfire. No longer is the running of this club going to be discussed or bitched about in a thread right next to a thread about how cool a jet bike might be. Or sandwiched between threads about some new musician and losing weight. By giving clear roles to the different forums, some appropriate organization became quite clear. It was a priority for me to make the clubhouse first a forum that was only about the MOA, and second to move it out of the spotlight. The first forums we should see shouldn't be about some policy of the MOA, but about something positive and fun - a cool bike, a new member, a great ride, etc. Is it perfect? probably not.
