We just stopped by Mac's in Clarkston, Washington to see about buying a tire. From the moment we walked in the door we received great, friendly service. We were virtually met and welcomed at the door. Then led to the parts counter where the parts manager told me what they had and what he would recommend - which was the precise tire I was looking for. Right over to the service shop where we were introduced as "touring riders" with the comment that they should get us right in. They were very busy, so I told them we would be in town all day so it wasn't critical that they do it immediately. But they did it quicker than promised anyway.
The price on the tire was less than I expected and the price to remove the wheel, mount and balance, and put back together was less than I expected.
Overall - great experience.
