Truly criminal behavior here, by “bikers”.
Most likely a very small percentage of the riding public, but these type of events, paints us all in a poor light.

I wonder, had the criminal been driving a Toyota Camry, would this have even made the news?

The groups of ATV/dirt bike riders, terrorizing the center city areas, and inner city neighborhoods has been an ongoing issue for several years.

Philly is not the only city experiencing this, as Chicago, DC, Baltimore, Dallas NY, Boston etc.. have all had these, social media organized hooliganism.

Ah, thanks for the explanation. I guess I haven't been paying attention.

Out here in the valley they are referred to as "hooligans". There's a group out here filled with the young and dumb sport bike riders that do stoppies and wheelies on public ways "in numbers". They have a friday night meet up every week in the city of Phx and raise holy hell on the streets.

Phx PD has been ordered to stop chasing them down as many of these "kids" on sport bikes run. They usually take their plate off the motor for their night out, will try to outrun before stopping for LE.
