Why can't the Flea Mkt continue in the hard copy AND be on the website?

I've thought about a moderated forum for Want Ads. Ads can be created by users, but will be held in moderation mode until they're released by an admin. I think releasing them a day after mailing of the ON would be OK.

In this way, the seller gets the advantage of being able to put up pictures from the web site. Folks still working from ON only don't get penalized as the web ad and the publication would get released pretty much at the same time.

I'm assuming that there are folks that will get ON via first class mail in order to get a quicker look at the ads. I'd propose that timing for any kind of 'net ads match that accessibility.

How is posting on the Web and in ON different than placing an
add in several different publications? If I don't subscribe to the
different publication?

If you do decide to accept classifieds, maybe spend less
effort trying to duplicate what's in ON. Let the sellers decide
where to advertise.
