R12RT shock replacement

Getting ready to replace the shocks on my 2009 RT. I searched but couldn't find a 'tutorial' on the process of removing and installing. Can anyone point me in the correct direction? Thanks

The lower bolt has loctite on the threaded end, so I recommend heating that area of the swing arm with a heat gun. There are horror stories of the threads in the aluminum swing arm giving up before the locking compound did, leading to swing arm replacement, or at least, a very difficult repair in a blind hole with poor access. I heated mine up to about 200ºF before the bolt came loose. Hot enough to soften the loctite without damaging the paint.
