Oil leak on 87K 75

There are two oil conditions I see in this photo. One is the oil coming out where the wires are. I believe this is telling me that the oil pump seal is wearing out (bike has 120k miles).

The one I am more curious about is the oil around the bolt in the upper right. See green highlight. What do you think I can do about that?

Maybe some help:

 
The usual approach is to thoroughly clean the area and then go for a ride. Come back and blow some baby powder around to get a clearer view as to exactly where the oil is originating.
 
The pump should be rebuilt, but after everything is cleaned up you may find that that's the only problem. The oil on that bolt could very plausibly be blowing back from the pump assembly.
