Motorcycle Seat Bungee Cord Hooks

About a hundred years ago I bought some hooks which would slide under the lip on the bottom of my seat that had an opposite hook which would enable me to attach luggage to my rear seat using bungee hooks. They were adhesive for the under-seat portion so they wouldn't fall off when you removed the bungee cord. Does anyone know where I can pick up 4 of these?

I have used plastic wire ties, the ones that have a screw hole moulded into the end with success.
