The oh and I are looking for new riding jackets for the warm weather.

We need your thoughts on the Tourmaster Flex, Olympia Airglige or any other that you could recommend. :huh

Cycleport (Motoport) http://www.motoport.com/index.asp mesh kevlar has worked well for me in 95F humid weather and with the liners (+electrics) into the low 30sF. With the liners I have never gotten wet. The suit comes with a cold weather liner. The suit worked well sliding up a gravel Colorado road at 30 mph with no damage to either the suit or me. The suit is custom made to your measurements and does require a 12 week waiting period. This is my second riding season with this suit and about 40,000 km later, I am still pleased with my choice.

My Dad has the Airglide jacket and pants. He loves them. You can ride comfortably with that jacket most of the year. When it gets cool you just put the liner in.

I have a First Gear Mesh Tex. I am partial to that. Really good jacket and much cheaper than the Olympia.

My wife and I like the Olympia stuff. I especially like it now that they offer men's jackets in the longer style. The liners are now waterproof, and they are warm. I don't think you can go too far wrong with any of the major brands people will recommend.

I have a Hein Gericke that I love. Can't remember the exact model, but comes with Gore Tex and Thinsulate liners. My son went sliding in the jacket awhile back and was none the worse for wear. Kid was fine too. ;)

second that nomination

Second for Rev it.
Had a Joe Rocket thingy that was no better than knitwear with hard patches.
The Rev it is way better.
T shirt, Gerbing and a Rev'it, all bases covered.

First Gear Kilimanjaro Air - A+

Living in Florida we get a lot of really hot days. I like the Kilimanjaro Air by First Gear plus the First Gear Mesh pants. They are great up to 85 degrees....after that point I've never found anything to be very comfortable except a swimming pool. The jacket liner works well in the rain and keeps you warm down to 40 before you have to start thinking about layering. The armor is good,.......but I hope I never have to test how good.
