Distinguished Gentleman Ride 2021

Here we are in 2021 and I am again going to join this event to raise $$ for prostate cancer and mens mental health. They've moved it from September to May so it looks like I won't be dapper on my '82 R65 LS but I will be riding solo probably in Nova Scotia where it looks like I'll be working. Here is the link to my donation page. I got a lot of support from folks on this forum last year, I'm hoping for a repeat. Thanks in advance.

Thank you!

That is true I kept with the dapper theme but this year won't be an option if I'm away at work. Boring old riding gear.

Good for you. I too got out for a ride and raised a few $$ but completely forgot to do any followup here. It was kind of weird for me being far from home and not on the ball.

Thank you for reviving this post. I just pre-registered for 2022. Now to decide whether to ride solo in my small town or join 700+ riders in New York City in May. Kind of like the idea of riding around town in a suit.

Again, thanks -- and thanks to all who ride it.

I should look around and see if there's any kind of group in Newfoundland. Me thinks no as I'd never even heard of it until a couple of years ago.
