What's this plug fit?

Cleaning out some old parts and came across this. I think it may be a heated seat pigtail for an aftermarket seat, but can't say for sure as my '07 RT was many bikes ago. Or it could be for a '12 RT. It has three prongs inside and is the same external size as every other plug of this type on these bikes.

Anyone recognize it? Thanks in advance.

That connector fits the GPS power connector used on bikes from around 2004 to present. There are three pins, the outer are + and - for 12v DC power and are often used to power other things, like triggering a relay for aux lighting or a power distribution fuse block, on bikes not using a GPS. Your pigtail looks like it was used for that purpose.

Best,
DeVern

I'm familiar with the GPS sound in plug (2 pins) and the rear speaker sound out plug (4 pins), but not this one. Where is it's other half located? Thanks.

Usually up near the steering neck or front of the tank, and if it’s not been used there is usually a black cap fitted to the harness connector.

DeVern

Duh! My brain fog is lifting...I replaced the GPS power source with a switched fuse block so that's why this cable was loose and unused in my spares box. Thanks DeVern for clearing that up!
