Rear Rack/tupperware removal on 2013 R1200RT

i have searched with no answers on a procedure to remove and replace the rear rack and plastics on a 2013 R1200RT....

i would like to install my newly purchased Wunderlich pannier guards with the least hassle....

ANY help would be greatly appreciated...
