Won't Start 2002 R1150RT

Well, bike sat all winter. Didn't do much to it except remove tupperware and clean it up a bit. Did remove the guts from the radio box and wire it for power and install an autocom. Turns over good but dosen't seem to fire. Checked the plugs, not firing. Also cranked the crap out of it giving it gas, plugs are dry not flooded. Bike ran fine when I parked it. Any suggestions what I might have done or what could be wrong. Hate to take it to the dealer if I don't have to.

I would check the connection to the Motronic (big plug) and the connection from the Hall Effect (crankshaft position) sensor. Either of these could cause a loss of both spark and squirt.

Underneatht the fuel tank you will find a silver colored metal box mounted on the top front of the brackets that hold the battery and ABS unit. There will be a large wire bundle and a large connector. You will also find a smaller wire leading from this connector down to a plug covered with a plastic shield liike a little square umbrella.

The large connector is the Motronic. The smaller bundle goes through a 4 pole connector and forward to the Hall Effect Sensor.

Maybe fried some fuses doing the electrics?

use a spark tester and check for spark. Also, replace the fuse for fuel pump.

Does anyone know where I can find a diagram of the fuse box (what runs what)with the appropriate amp fuse for each location?

Don't have an owners manual.

Check fuse number 5.

Cut this out, fold it, and paste it to the inside lid of your fuse box.

It was number 5 fuse that was blown. But I sure am getting a lot of different opinions on what amp fuses go where. Three different people have given me 3 different suggestions? Is this in the maunual that came with the bike? I don't have the manual, is there an on-line manual for the 2002 R1150Rt somewhere?

The fuse position 1-10 listed in Jims diagram is correct here are the values from my 2002 R1150 RT owners manual

1 Inst Cluster 4A
2 Park Light 4A
3 Sickets FID 4A
4 Horn 7.5A
5 Motronic 10A
6 FUel Pump 10A
7 Heated Handles 4A
8 Radio 4A
9 not assigned
10 fog lights 15A
