Wilbers shock...what do the numbers mean?

What do these numbers on the spring of a Wilbers rear shock mean? 59/59-170-165 and would that shock be suitable for a 225 pound rider and his 150 pound pillion?

Ted Porter at the Beemershop is a Wilbers supplier. From his website, there's a link to the Wilbers site with a fitment PDF to download. I didn't see any numbers in there like that.

From what bike did this shock come? If it was similar to what you're riding, I'd install it and see how well it works. But that's me.
