What is this called and where do I get another ?

This is one touch MOA on line access. It's on my older iPad and very convenient. I don't where it came from, but I know I would like to have it (one touch) on my phone and a new iPad.

What does it do when you click it? I realize icons are widely used for various things, but do you suppose it's an app for the rally, say the Salt Lake City national?

Try this-

Enter into the address field the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. Tap "Go." Tap the icon featuring a right-pointing arrow coming out of a box along the top of the Safari window to open a drop-down menu. Tap "Add to Home Screen."

It opens up the MOA Homepage.

And will try Safari, but will do on an iPhone that doesn't already have the shortcut. Have been asked that question before and always decline out of not understanding. Maybe years ago I was asked that question and out of bravado and daring do (sp ?) I answered yes.
