Weiser technik lights and windscreens

I am looking to upgrade the lighting on my 2014 R1200 GS and the windscreen finally has some cracks so it needs replacing.
Has anyone done the Weiser lighting conversion on their bike?
I’ve always used Touratech for aftermarket parts but I just got the new Wunderlich catalog and there are some interesting windscreen options there.
So if anyone has any experience with these modifications I’d appreciate your opinions and thoughts. Thank you so much in advance.

I have the Weiser indicator only lights. Simple and easy to install. For some reason, I had issues with the first two units for my left rear, but their service was awesome and sent new units very quickly. Everything has been going for the last two years. I wouldn’t hesitate to install them on another bike.

I have the Weiser light front and rear on my ‘18 GS and recommend them. I broke one in South America, and in hopes of finding a workaround called the number on their website. It rang through to the company founder, who was traveling in England, and he promptly walked me through rewiring the light so I had a functional turn signal by using the running light as signal and foregoing the running light function on that side. And when I got back to the US they happily sold me a replacement light board to use in my spiffy new turn signal.

How often can you dial a company number and get the owner on the line, and get support for rigging a workable temporary solution? Customer service doesn’t get any better than that!

Best,
DeVern

I have their running/turn signal lights front and rear on my '20 1250 RS and they're superb. I too had an excellent experience with customer service when I had questions about installation. Go for it.

(FWIW - I had to tape over the top of the running lights as they were throwing sufficient light up into my visual field to kill some of my night vision.)

I just bought a new 1250 GS in April, and had all four turn signals replaced with Weiser Technik multi-function ones. Brilliant, literally and figuratively.

A big load of thanks to everyone who responded. I’m very appreciative. I guess I’m going to do it.
