Ultra-Light Weight Motorcycle Cover

I could have sworn I asked this several months ago. Just could not find it.

Looking for a light weight motorcycle cover (full coverage) for my 2016 R1200 GS Adventure. With or without BMW aluminum side cases in place. I always have a GiVi E52, so I realize the cover might ride high.

The type that fits a small bag...like a shoe bag for example. Sort of like the one my friend got from Aerostich, but I'd like other options.

Thanks!

+2 on EZ Touring...built tough, last forever, packs down very small.

Mine fully covers my RTs, top box, panniers, tank bag, tire to tire, ground to ground and yes, it does pack small. :thumb

Nobody using Dowco? I have their heavy duty indoor cover. Well made along with their helmet bags.

The have a Light and Ultra-Light cover.

Of the covers listed, I am assuming the Wanderer Full Motorcycle Cover. They also recommend sizes, but which one do you use on the GSA?

I’d recommend giving them a call— I’m sure they can advise on size based upon past customer experience. Personally, I use the Traveler (half cover) on my GS as well as my GT as I don’t feel I need a full cover.

Best,
DeVern

If that fits good, the Wanderer A should work for the OP.

I wouldn’t necessarily call the fit good, but it’s been good enough for my purposes. The OP’s original post sounded like he was looking for a more full-coverage unit like the Wanderer…

Best,
DeVern
