The NEW 2025 R1300GS Adventure

I still think the best looking adventure bike is a Africa Twin.
This thing does look like they wanted the tank to look like the luggage...over styled IMHO.

Makes me feel so warm inside that I purchased a 2024 1250 Trophy GSA. The 1250 GSA is refinement on steroids.

I absolutely LOVE it! After test riding the 1300GS this summer I was so impressed with the power, handling, and refinement I told my dealer to call me the minute the GSA was released. When I got back on my '21 1250GSA to ride home I couldn't believe how 'loose' and sloppy it handled in comparison.

I've already ordered my 2025 R1300 GSA, Triple Black, all the bells and whistles including the black forged wheels and black twin silencer. The polished aluminum tank is going to be cool. I may get the aluminum piece in front of the tank powder coated black, will decide when I see it in person.
This pic is off the configurator on the UK site. Looks amazing!

My favorite part about the R1300GSA's Design Studio images is the tank appears to be designed so it can hold a Starbucks cup which is the most hilarious thing I've ever seen a motorcycle company just straight up embrace who their owners are.

"Finally, a place to put my latte while I put on my gloves"

Nice job, BMW.

From the latest edition of Moto EMag:

“BMW got it right with the new R1300GS Adventure, and I have a feeling that a redesign of the regular 13GS may be in the works. But don’t ask me to get excited, since I am not a fan of the boxer engine, which has now been stretched so far from its original purpose that it makes the late Joan Rivers look like Saint Theresa. “

Further down in the article he also discusses the new boss at BMW Motorrad:

“BMW Motorcycles' Delusions of Grandeur and Napoleon Complex--Why BMW Motorcycles will Always be an Underdog

BMW Motorcycles has a new boss…The new guy has made 3 statements that do not make sense to me and show great naivete about motorcycles and the lifestyle.”

Interesting read, tho I I’ve not heard much from the head of Motorrad in other moto publications. BTW, the posted link is http and not https, which does work for that site. I couldn’t get in until I changed the link.

Best,
DeVern

I agree on the looks, it's not very appealing to me in stock form, however, fast forward a year from now and all the aftermarket parts comes out for this bike it will be come on of the best looking GSA's out there.

An Online MotoMag whose content is completely 100% negative. Hope this guy doesn't plan on making (much of) a living doing this.

This one?

- or the prior comments,
So, who exactly is Moto-emag?? He is supposedly a "BMW historian" who made numerous K bike presentations at BMW MOA Rallies, but I can't make a connection. Does anybody know who this person is.

I can appreciate the Old School Toaster Tank...But this looks like a Microwave on wheels.
What have you done Gents!

Greg knows...

I think it looks really cool. I just bought a 1250GSA last year 2023 but am planning a ride to Alaska next June. I want one of these 1300 GSA's. From all of the Ride reviews I have read and watched, it is an awesome bike. Just like the 1250 was awesome, now it is more awesome. I really like the idea of the automatic ride height adjustment. Never really comfortable moving these beasts around at parking, gas stations, garage etc. I think the lower 1-2 inches would be great.
Wish they offered the Gold wheels on the Triple Black, but honestly, the 719 looks pretty good.
