well it took a while (partly my fault for not waiting for a return authorization) but they wouldn't give up till I got what I needed. I won't bore you with the story but it involved an order, a gift of wrong finger length (my fingers may have been the issue LOL) to son (correct fingers) discount on next pair, glove too small (hand too big?) return before they sent authorization- I gave up, they didn't, finally the glove I wanted. Which was larger than might have been "correct" I wanted a LOOSE fitting glove- tired of struggling to get gloves on a hot hand but XL fingers were too long on the model I initially ordered- They hooked me up with a shorter fingered XL style.! Anyway, their patience and willingness to get it right for me, was noteworthy- I also appreciated not having my mistakes thrown back at me...classy. Made in USA by the way- huge deal for me as well.
