speed trap database

Happy Thanksgiving, All.
I was just Googling through the internet searching for info about my new toy (Porsche 968 Cab) and I came upon a bit of tech I wasn't hip to: road angel
Then I hit on the idea of creating an online database of Garmin Waypoints for known speedtraps in the US. Something anyone could download into their GPS prior to a trip and have a warning of known traps? Any interested computer savy types who could make a downloadable .wpt file?
I would have posted this to the "Website wish-list" post but a) I thought it might get lost and b) thought perhaps it's something MOA would prefer to NOT support.
