saddlebag paint protection wrap

My saddlebags on my R1250RT has a clear "wrap" strip on top of the bag to prevent scuffing. The strip is getting scuffed from my boot scraping on it when mounting. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement ?

Go and see your local signwriter who will be able to cover the top of the panniers with some signwriters clear sheet.

I use 3M Scotchgard Clear Paint Protective Film, amazon has a 6" wide rolls for less than $20. I make a paper template first to get the size to what I want and see how the film will lay. Spay some soapy water on, squeegee in place and Bobs your uncle. I've had some on my 2011 to protect some areas where tie down straps lay and the patches have not worn through.

That's what I used, but if TankSlapper had a precut kit like post #2 for the R1200RS I would have bought that since it's the same price.
