RT headlight protector....good-by Cee Bailey, hello ?

A 18" X 24" piece of 3M film cost 31 dollars on Amazon.

NEVER have had any glass or plastic lens break on a motorcycle or a car in 45 years of having a drivers licenses.

I had a headlight lens break on my old R1200R last year. It was a simple shape, but it still cost close to $300 to replace it. I haven't looked up the cost on the headlight for my RTW, but the money I spent on the Aeroflow shield is definitely less than replacing it.

Ditto with my old 2010 R1200R. Just got an Aeroflow for my R1200GS.

Lamin-X says mine for the 15 RT have shipped.

I bet they are wondering why they became so popular :scratch

I have a headlight fog light kit on my 2013 Honda Accord. You can not tell it is on there after all but 5 years.

I am pretty psyched about this farkel.

:lol I guess they must be wondering what's going on.... Mine shipped too....:rofl

AMHP (formerly Where's Zed) headlight guards

I was just about to order an aeroflow headlight guard and came across AMHP (zeds) guard that also uses acrylic and is 3 mm thick.... and is half the price of aeroflow. Anyone have any experience with this product?

I don't know if it the alternative to the AeroFlow headlight guard has this, but the AeroFlow guard is two pieces...one which covers the front, and another piece which protects the bottom of the front. Perhaps that's evident on the AeroFlow website.

Yeah not sure why Aeroflow felt the need to make it in 2 pieces. The Cee Bailey's was one piece and fit nicely not he RTW.
