Recent (05/25) calls to Roadside Assistance

Without the details - the Roadside Assistance folks are failry disorganized. They kept asking for my "Policy" number. Turns out it is the MOA Member number. They CAN find your account without it - but not all of the agents are trained to do that. They did not update m,e on my request for a tow. I ended up calling GEICO adn they made it happen quickly. I would not want to deal withe that Roadside Assistance company again. I won't add that to my membership next time.

Welcome to the forum and sorry for your troubles. I've never looked into the these plans for myself, but this is what's written on the MOA website - https://bmwmoa.org/resources/roadside-assistance/

If you are currently a Roadside Member and need TOWING ASSISTANCE, please call the Roadside Assistance Dispatch Center at (866) 454-4260. Provide the call center with your name, member number and the producer code 14336. The customer service agent will verify your membership and dispatch assistance to your location. If you have difficulty with the call center or your membership, please call our member service team at (864) 438-0962.

Seems pretty straightforward. If you did all this and it didn't go to plan, I would certainly bring it up with the service team and/of the MOA office.
