R1100 Valve cover bolt seals

I push them out from the inside with a blunt screwdriver. Just work around the bolt until it comes away from the cover, then maybe pull from the outside. Nothing special, no secret.
They're tight fitting on the bolt. I just replaced my head gaskets and they had gotten hard...so I ended up using wire cutters to cut them...but I was planning on replacing them anyway. If you're not replacing, it'll be a little tedious ...mine were the originals....
