possible k1200s purchase

Hey everyone, I'm Mike and I'm relatively new to BMWs. I've got a 93 BMW K75RT that I like a lot (and a 97 yamaha yzf600r). So I have a touring bike and a sport bike. I'd like to get rid of the two and get into one sport touring bike. I found a k1200s in my area that seems very well taken care of. Any suggestions or things to look at?

Thanks, sorry I guess I didn't look at all for other threads.

The K 1200 RS is a great bike to consolidate to. As a plus, you will be able to join the secret Jack Riepe secret k bike club.... Oh sorry, that's supposed to be a secret!....
