One year in works but I finally have a pannier

It took me a year to get this right but finally got a pannier for my G650X Country.

My bike is raised to 2007 levels so I have about 7-8 inches (I think). I need to measure it but I tried to bottom it and there were still 4 inches left between the wheel and the bar.

The cross bar stands at 3/4 inch from the wheel well.
