I'm not sure if this has been posted before. If so I apologize. Great instructive video on mental aspects of riding safely. It's not a technique video but a mindset.

I have watched the videos before, however, I watched both videos over again, simply because good mentorship sinks in better when reinforced. Thanks for posting.
