Only one #1

Lawrance of Arabia. The movie opens with the kick start of a JAP engine on a Brough Superior. The scenery is great, the sound track gives one goose bumps and the film won about 10 oscars. It's sorta weak on the small screen, but epic on a big screen with surround dolby. It is also true. :thumb

Then
Blade Runner
Clockwork Orange
5 Easy Pieces
The Usual Suspects
Pulp Fiction
3 Days in the Valley (Best "cat fight" on film)
Fantasia
High Noon
and the worst movie "Torque"

Jeebus, dude. When was the last time you went to a movie? :ha

I *really* enjoyed The Motorcycle Diaries (here's a paraphrase):
Couple: Are you looking for work?
Ernesto: No.
Couple: Then why do you travel?
Ernesto: We travel to be traveling.

The Blob (here's a paraphrase):
Steve McQueen: How do you get people to protect themselves from something they don't believe exists?

Ray
Standing in the Shadows of Motown
The Brain from Planet Arous
The Notebook
The Day the Earth Stood Still
Ikiru
The Battle of Algiers

and others

Edit: and I've had people state that my bike looks like it's left over from a Mad Max movie.

The last time we went to the theater was to see Passion of The Christ. Very good film with an extremly well behaved audiance.

I can't remember how long it's been before that, I only know that the people in the shows around here will converse on the cell phone and with each other during the show at a high enough volume level to be heard above the movie. and thry will not stop. So, after the 4th cell call the man received I just went to the off-duty cop who worked security there and told him there was a man with something in his hand that might be an auto-feed pistol and he was waving it around. End of problem.

The cop received a round of applause when he took the guy outside! We just rent DVD's now and don't bother with the walk-ins.

That wasen't my TOP 10, just 10 of my favorites.
