Students of the Faculty of Design of the Politecnico di Milano are called to confront the issue of safety of motorcyclists in urban areas and propose innovative solutions.
Security is one of the fundamental values which inspire BMW Motorrad and is visible in the technology implemented in its motorcycles, nell'abbigliamento (Rider Equipment) and activities aimed at improving the safety of motorcyclist.

In November a group of 60 students from the Faculty of Design of the Politecnico divided into groups of 3 people will work on this issue. The concept will be submitted before the end of November to be analyzed and evaluated by teachers and technicians involved in the initiative.
The best projects are the focus of the next workshop to be held in spring 2008.
