k100rs saddlebags and fuses

does anyone know what the weight limit is for the k100's hard bags?
we weighed our packed bags and they are approx. 18lbs.
also, can you use regular fuses to replace the bmw fuses, or is that asking for problems?

I think the saddlebags are rated for 10kg each, which is 22lbs.

And you don't need to use BMW fuses......they just source theirs from Buss and Littelfuse anyway, I imagine.
 
And btw, you can load the saddlebags more than that. So don't be shy about buying stuff on your trip. :laugh
