GS-911 and Service Light

I have a 2019 1250 RT and just had it in for service at the local dealer. All things were good, oil changed and 12000 mile service done. I got the bike home and decided to add a Zumo XT, and a HEX ezcan and everything went great. However, once I added the ezcan, disconnected the battery terminals to do such, now I have a grayed out service light on. I hooked up my GS-911 and there are no fault codes, however, I don’t know how to reset the code or even why it is on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try setting time & date on the bike. One trigger for the service light is the time interval since the last service. You probably lost the time when the battery was disconnected.

Awesome, just made the change and it took care of the service light issue - thank you Ikarus.

I should have asked you this question last November when I had the same problem. A disconnected battery discumbuberates lots of things!
