Gerbing microwire comparison

My Gerbing gear was all purchased recently and it looks like they have just about everything color coded on the wires. The power wire is marked red, the jacket connector has a white ring on the jacket end and the wire that plugs in from the controller is marked with white. The pants I think have a yellow color code.

Also, the jacket liner definitely has wire in the collar. When zipped up, it covers your entire neck up to your chin. You can see this clearly in the Gerbing magazine ad with the guy wearing the jacket liner. I wear a neck gaiter over the top of the collar in the zipped up position. The combination of the two results in no cold air reaching your neck and I keep the fleece neck gaiter high so that it cuts down on the amount of air that can enter from the bottom of my full face helmet.
