fix for broken pin on underseat triangle cover

According to the fiches the 1100 and 1150 RTs use the same part #.

I broke the static locator pin on the left cover. Replacement $120 plus whatever bits need to be replaced.

After careful measurement of the one on the right side I made a replacement using a 5 x 25mm machine screw, set so the bottom of the screw head is at 10mm above the base, holding it in place with two flange nuts, one on either side of the base where the pin attached. The screw head is pretty much exactly 10mm dia, same as the fat part of the pin head. I ground one side of the screw head to 8mm to match the general shape of the unbroken part. It fits perfectly.

I'll see if I can post a pic or two.

The completed fix. you can't see the flattened side of the head or the flange nut under the base, but they're there.

Not rocket science, but sturdy.
