Do all the 4cly K engines have the same block?

I was having this discussion with my friend the other day and we were wondering if BMW used the same engine block design in all of its 4 cyl K "brick" engines. I know the heads would be different betweeen the 2v and 4v modles, but it seems to me that the blocks are basically the same, simply changing bore or stroke to achieve the 1100, and 1200 engine displacements.
Can anyone else shed some light on this?

I'm pretty sure they are all the same basic casting, if that's what you meant.
