Bluetooth Issue - Phone not ringing in helmet

Issue:
With everything connected, everything works fairly well with the exception of the phone will not ring in my headset. It rings on the phone itself, but not through Bluetooth. I can make calls and answer calls and talk with calls through the Bluetooth system, it’s just the ringer will not come through the headset. Also, the audio, music apps/notifications/etc., from my phone through the motorcycle to the helmet works perfectly.

Details:
2022 R1250GS standard
BMW connected ride cradle installed.
Sena SRL helmet audio
iPhone, 14 running iOS 16.4.1a

Additional notes:
The phone is paired to the motorcycle and works just fine with 99% of the features. The only one that doesn’t work is this phone ringing issue. The connected ride cradle is installed and works perfectly. The helmet system is paired to the motorcycle as well and works perfectly. The connected ride app is used and works perfectly. I don’t recall having this issue when I had the iPhone 11 as I just recently switched over to the 14.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to get the ringer to ring in my head as opposed to on the phone?
