The good news is that I've dropped a few pounds. The bad news is that the Rallye 2 Pro pants are too big around the waist. They're relatively new (2 years old), and being a fair weather rider, they haven't been used much. If money was no object, I'd just buy a new pair, but it is. Selling them and getting a new pair is not in the finances.
So, I'm wondering if people think it's cost effective to have the pants altered. Also, I'm wondering if the integrity of the pants would be compromised by having them altered. I don't think so, but I'm not sure. Lastly, if having them altered is the best option, any suggestions on where to take them. I'm not sure this is a job for the local seamstress.
