Did Rick tell you to disconnect the battery ground when charging the battery in the future?

No never said to , I think it was more from me leaving charger on 10 Amps over night . I didn’t mean to just forgot to cut it back to 2 amps after intilal trying to start

I took a ride in your part of the country last oct such a beautiful country, was a bit chilli for a sip boy. That’s Mississippi for those who don’t know

Yep, compared to where you are it's a bit colder but we live in the banana belt of Canada. The Wet Coast stays much warmer than inland from us thanks to the warm Japanese current that flows our way.

I was in Mississippi several years ago on or about Nov 3rd whilst riding my new to me RT home from Raleigh NC. I woke up in Jackson I think it was.. Not from my alarm; from the lightning! Lucky I had the bike under a covered walkway so I could load it out of the rain which was coming down like nothing I'd seen before. But it was _warm_ rain! It finally quit somewhere past Shreveport LA so I got on the big hiway and headed for Texas. Then it got cold!

I made a mental note to quit riding cross country in November... It's just a bad idea. :banghead
