50 amp fuse

When I lost my mind in a dim garage I reversed the battery leads and got a notable spark when I connected them. Would that have blown the 50 amp fuse.
I get nothing from dashboard or starter when connected correctly.
I have already called myself everything i can think of.

That could have blown that fuse. It's in a small plastic tray right on top of the main ECU under the front seat.
You may have to remove some fabric tape to access the ends of the fuse, but you can check for continuity if your battery is disconnected or check for voltage if your battery is connected.
