40mm ATE Caliper kits, availability?

I need to rebuild my 40mm ATE calipers, minor pitting, etc. I went to the Euro Motoelectrics site to buy the Enduralast Caliper Kit 709EDL which includes piston, seal and dust seal....and they were out of stock. Does anybody know where such kits may be found? Is there another manufacturer?

I'd check with Ted Porter. While not 40mm, years ago I got my ATE brake stuff from him. Also Tom Cutter would be someone to check as well.
