2010 k1300S Need Assistance with License Plate holder

The license plate holder Part # 46627658994, has become loose. It moves up and down. Just for reference, this part is the item on the rear of the bike, which contains the key lock to remove the seat. It also provides a mounting for the US License plate adapter. I figured that I just lost a bolt or a bolt become loose. I looked at this part in the microfiche and the life of me, I am unable to determine the location of the bolt, which supports or stabilizes the license plate holder. Do any of you know the location of the bolt to fix this issue?

If you look under your seat there are two bolts directly behind the tool kit holder which are part of the fastening system. I could be wrong but I believe this part slots into its location and is secured by these bolts. If its moving up and down you may have either a missing bolt or a broken/cracked plate holder.
