2010 Cruise Control Toubleshooting?

indycar

Indy Dave
BMW has a procedure for the hexheads and some K bike for troubleshooting the cruise control. Sadly, that procedure doesn't seem to work for the camheads. Does anyone know of an update troubleshooting procedure? my GS 911 isn't finding any faults. Fiddling with the levers and rear brake while moving doesn't seem to entice a a change the in inability to set the cruise.

EDIT: Here's the hexhead procedure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ov3-jdII6A&feature=youtu.be&hd=1

EDIT #2: Solved problem with throttle cable adjustment.

And while the linked video indicates the procedure is for K-bikes, it works for hexheads and maybe some others. The author points this out in his video.
