stuck bottom spark plug

I have a 2009 RT1200 , I changed the top plugs and removed the side bodywork to get to bottom plugs . When I tried to remove it, it would not budge. I put a good amount of pressure with a long handle ratchet and nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? I had visions of it break off, nightmare scenario.
Thanks Woody99

When you do get them out, use some aluminum anti-seize on the new plugs. Ignore the nay sayers and you'll thank me later...YMMV

And if perchance you use a torque wrench installing plugs with anti-seize reduce the specified torque by at least 25 to 30 percent.

Idea - When removing smog sensors from a car's exhaust, the general guideline is "a bit warm but not hot"...
On bikes, tho, we usually do it "cold".
