2014 G650GS Recall

just got my G650gs back from a second Engine Control Unit recall (NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V689000). Now the bike runs like crap. Very rough and uncomfortable. Was smooth and enjoyable before now I don't like taking it out of the garage.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Let me know because the current situation is not what I bought.
Thank,

Don't have one. Don't know. But take it back to the dealer and DEMAND they make it run right. Take notes. Take videos.

Identical experience with my wife's 2016 G650GS after the ECU software update. I reset the adaptation values with a GS-911 and that smoothed things out. However, the bike continued to occasionally stall. Another trip to the dealer for a re-flash. No vibes this time but she had another stall after approximately 200 miles. It's 90 miles to the shop. My wife is not a happy camper. She had a 2007 model for eight years that was perfect.
