I'm Slade from Columbia, SC. I have a 1977 R100/7. The old girl still rides beautifully. Been a member for about 6 months but this is my first post. Glad to be here.

Welcome from just down the road from you. If you haven't already, be sure the check out the Palmetto BMW Riders Club in Columbia.

Great mechanic there

You are in the best place possible if you have any issues. Clanton Austell has a shop there. Before BMW ran him and others out of business, he owned Brown-Austell BMW in W. Columbia. I bought my ONLY new BMW from him. Be certain to go by and say hello to him.

About to get back onto a beemer, and from Cola myself. Nice to hear we have a few others and a local mechanic if needed.
