mirror and gear position indicater

hi guys, hope alls well with you , looks like im back on my 2000 r1100rt the mirror adjustment is stuck i have removed them and sprayed the ball with lube to try and free them no sucess any tips without breaking the mirrors ,up date just checked mirrors they have freed themselves so one less problem , also did a clutch spline lube sliding gear box back a little back together now but noted the gear position indicater doesnt work any more just shows 0 connections ok thanks in advance jimmy

well my next step is to remove rear end and swing arm replace both switches and reassemble will advise if this is the cure thanks Jimmy:ca
