Our 2025 Rally : The What, Where & Why... Lebanon Tennessee : June 19-21 2025

A work in progress :)
Seems like the rally site map is not available until a couple weeks before the rally.
Along with what appears to be with the map, I wish a vendor list would be available.

I'm riding from Iowa, and plan to spend Wednesday night 1 or 2 hours away, arriving Thursday morning and volunteering from 9-12.
Just curious if there are plenty of shady level spots. A friend is arriving Friday and we've got a motel in Lebanon for 2 nights

Yes, this venue has "as much, or more" shade opportunities as anywhere the Rally has visited, the last 20 years IMO.
While it may just be your trip plan, due to distance maybe, on Wednesday... you certainly could arrive on-site and camp that night also.
That alone increases your "chances"... dramatically, for a better 2 night camp spot. Chance to save you some coin also.
Anyone Volunteering early on Thursday, should consider arriving Wednesday if feasible and safe.
No Committee Chairperson wants a call from someone unable to arrive for their schedule.
A flat tire delay 1 hour away and two hours until your shift, would be disappointing for both parties.

Speaking of decent rides. The two State Park rides that have been published, offer nice routing into, or away from the rally site.
Without the super-slab being involved. Idea for those wanting to arrive or depart Lebanon on the road less traveled.
Just compile a route plan to intercept or exit, for your convenience.

I’m about to cancel a reservation at Holiday Inn Express Mt. Juliet TN about 15 miles from rally site. Total for 4 nights is $615 if anyone is interested let me know and we’ll figure out how to get reservation changed.

Revising my plan to leave from home Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. I'll have plenty of time to travel backroads.

OK ... didn't have any takers so reservation cancelled today!

I’ll ask here. How do meals work? At smaller events, some are on your own, some meals are hosted by a local organization (e.g., pancake breakfast), and some are event dinners. I’m not sure what to expect or to plan for. Do organized rides include a stop for lunch or do your plan your own?

There have been vendor tents selling all the "carnival fare" you could want. At this location, you could walk across the main road and there is a BBQ restaurant.

My understanding of organized rides....people who know each other do that. I don't think there's any "sanctioned" rides.

Yeah…I like “carnival fare” but it doesn’t like me.

I’ll plan on a trip to the grocery store when I arrive so I have stuff with me should I get hungry.

Yes, I don't remember ever seeing organized rides at a National.
Last time at Lebanon we had a motel 2 or 3 miles from the rally grounds so we ate off site at end of the day.
If I remember right we ate at the BBQ across the road, Demos' and Cuerno Grill Mexican.

Usually a few very good food trucks set up for the event. If we’re lucky…
even a terrific açaí bowl selection for breakfast or quality afternoon snack.

On the off-site tours, how late can we register for an event (is there a limited number of seats)? Also, the page for this keeps crashing, FYI.
