All you need is a stretcher and you would have a 2 wheeled ambulance. I'm assuming you have ALS training based on the listed supplies. Whether I needed it or not, I wouldn't want someone to try a needle decompression on me on the side of the road with no experience.

Wife

All I know is. . . on my GSA the wife gets the big right side case and travel trunk and I am happy to have the left small muffler side case for my tooth brush and a few cloths. Keep her happy and she'll go with me.
